GT Advantage
As an ongoing commitment to our customers, we have created
the GT Advantage Service Program to provide you with the
satisfaction you expect with a home purchase
ownership. This program is made of several components and
begins at construction. Your GT home is constructed with high
quality materials guaranteed to meet or exceed the industry
standards. During the construction process, materials are
assembled on-site and inspected at the completion of each
phase by a local or county inspector and by your on-site
builder.
The GT Advantage Program consists of four components:
- GT's one-year workmanship and materials guarantee,
- Extended mechanical warranties by the manufacturers,
- Bonded Builders' warranty
- Appliance manufacturers' warranties.
In addition, about a week before your closing, a GT Advantage
representative will conduct a comprehensive inspection of your
home and homesite. A list of items that need attention will be
generated and given to your on-site builder for repair and maintenance.
Before closing, you will meet with a GT Advantage representative
and he will go over all of the details of your home. You will
also do a final inspection of your property and we will try to
make sure that your home meets your satisfaction before you go
to closing. Our goal is to send you to your closing knowing
that your home is completed to your satisfaction.
