GT Awards
For the fifth consecutive year GT Communities is
among the Top 20 Builders in Atlanta, according
to the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In addition
we were voted the “Metro South Builder of
the Year” in 1999 by the Greater Atlanta Home
Builders Association. Georgia Power awarded GT
Communities with their “Good Cents Builder of
the Year” award in 2001. We have also achieved
the “Professional Homebuilder” designation from
the National Housing Institute.
Year after year our commitment to homebuilding
excellence has been recognized by the Greater
Atlanta Home Builders Association with numerous
Gold and Silver Professionalism awards. For being
claims free for five consecutive years, Bonded Builders
Home Warranty Association has honored GT Communities
with the distinctive “Spirit of Excellence” award as
one of Georgia’s finest builders.
