Company History
In 1988, the Tawfik
brothers, Gamal, Galil and Jay began building single
family homes in Georgia with the first-time
homebuyer in mind. Today GT Communities is one of Atlanta’s fastest
growing and largest new home builders. Since starting
with a family of three brothers, we have grown
into a company of over 100 employees and feature
more than 20 active communities across the metro Atlanta area.
Our success and dedication to building quality homes has expanded
our operations to Crestview, Florida, where our tradition of excellence continues.

plans and distinguished elevations have won
various industry awards for quality homebuilding. In 1999,
we were voted the distinctive “Metro
South Builder of the Year” by the Greater
Atlanta Home Builders Association and ranked among
the nations top 400 builders
by Professional Builders’ magazine for 2001, 2002, and 2003. |
